I find it to be very relaxing, so it's great for cutting. You don't need to put it in a pill to have it; just drop a handful in your mouth after you wash your mouth out with lukewarm water or drink a glass or a few beers afterwards. Menthol works like a mint and is also great to have around. I've been using this over the last couple of weeks and haven't had any side effects. It also increases fat burning by a lot which is nice. Alpha lipoic acid Alpha lipoic acid has already been mentioned and we've already mentioned it in some supplements and so I won't go into it at length here. It's a substance found in nuts that is supposed to be a useful anti-fatigue supplement. It has been shown to help with some aspects of body composition, as well as being an excellent source of energy. It's not a particularly powerful fat burner but it can work wonders in the sense that it helps improve the body's ability to use stored fat for fuel (like burning extra calories from a meal or taking in extra calories from a workout). In any case, you need high levels of the compound in order to benefit from it. There isn't nearly enough available as it's mainly found in nuts.
